I've had my Invisalign for a little while now, and I figured I should give you an update on how things are going, and how I've been adjusting. 

Being someone that's in front of the camera, as well as someone who attends a lot of events having Invisalign does come with its challenges. I've learned a couple things the hard way, but the good news is I've got some tricks up my sleeve that will help you through it.

And of course I couldn't make such a commitment without taking you dearest blog reader along for the ride. Today I'm sharing some information about Invisalign and what you can expect!

WINTER SKIN CARE ROUTINE

Another season means a whole other slew of skincare concerns am I right?? If old man winter is wreaking havoc on your skin you're not alone. I don't know about you blog reader, but I've had a patch of dry skin on my forehead (right between my eyebrows), and on the tip of my nose since the temperatures dropped. When we were kids we didn't feel left out, or unloved when it came to valentine's day. I mean you definitely did hand select which ones went to whom, and your best friend always got the prettiest one, and your crush always got the most neutrally expressive or least lovey dovey card in lot.

HS STUDIO #BOOKOFBRAIDS BRUNCH

It was a lovely afternoon of mimosas, macarons, and expert hair braiding. It was like one giant sleepover with the whos who of the fashion and beauty community in Halifax. Recently the Kerastase brand launched a beautiful book of braids, and thanks to HS Studio we got a chance to soak up all of the action.  Check out our visual diary from the event!

A group of us influencers gathered together to learn all about the new holiday collection from President's Choice, as well as try some delicious recipes prepared by Chef Cathy Jollimore.
